How long will my order take to process?
We pride ourselves on quick turnaround times because we know how anxious our customers are to see their finished masterpieces. We get started as soon as we receive your orders. Your prints are usually printed the day we receive your files. We wait 24 hours before coating and stretching Canvas Gallery Wraps to allow for the inks to completely dry. Gallery Wrap orders ship within three working days of being received, rolled canvases usually take two days, and photographs will likely ship the same day or within 24 hours.
What are your hours? When can I contact Mastercolor?
We enjoy our weekends just like everyone else. Our hours of operation are 9am-5:15pm est. Monday through Friday, but if you need to contact us over the weekend, please feel free to email us your request or question, and we will reply as soon as we get back in the office.
Are there discounts available for large volume orders or repeat customers?
You bet there are! We print for many artists and professional photographers who sell their images all over the globe. Please call us or send us an email and we will be happy to discuss volume pricing with you.
Do you print images containing nudity?
Yes, some say it is the purest form of art. However, we will not print if we feel the subject(s) are younger than 21 years of age, and we only print "tasteful" nude art.
Do you print "Copyrighted Material"?
We do our very best to uphold the legal rights to the photographer or artist that created an image. We honor all copyright material and reserve the right to refuse printing any image we feel has been taken from the original owner. Technically all images are "owned" by those who have created them, so we ask that you only submit images that you have captured or created or those that you have been given permission to use by the owners.
Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
If we receive the cancelation request before printing has started we will gladly delete the order. However, if an order is placed online during non working hours it is very likely to be printed before your request is received. In order to meet the deadlines our printing staff comes in early. We will gladly sell the cancelled items at a 50% discount.
Will you drop ship to my customer?
Gladly! We are happy to put your name on the return address and remove any billing materials. If a UPS package is traced by a customer it will show that it was shipped from our address.
Do you keep my images on file?
Depending how your order was placed. ROES orders and other online ordering methods are kept for at least three months. Orders that are entered by supplying the files on a disk or drive are not saved in our system after the order is placed. We can store images for repeat customers who continue to print and sell the same images.
Do you outsource any of your services? I am worried about my originals.
All work and services are performed on location. Your original negatives, prints and artwork will never leave our property.
