ROES (Remote Order Entry System)... Our most popular option! This is a FREE program downloaded directly onto your computer. For most customers we suggest this as the best method to upload. It is simple to use, yet very powerful. Once you click on the icon to go to ROES, it will take a few moments to launch the application, but please be patient. If your computer is dated it might give you directions to click on a “direct Link” to start the process. Using the ROES upload system, you can crop images, add borders, change color images to B&W, add vignettes, create Wedding Albums, create composite pictures, order package printing, create greeting cards or simply upload a few images that you would like to print. All major color adjustments and editing must be done before the file is uploaded. Our trained staff will color correct your images as best as possible during developing unless you ask us not to adjust your files. Your order is given an order number, and is transmitted through a secure site keeping credit card information safe. Calculate the number of days your order will take using our price list, which you can download here, and pick up your order or have it shipped to you. Generally speaking standard photographs take 1 working day, add and additional working day for mounting or coating, and Giclee Canvases take 2-3 working days.
After you use ROES once, you will love it! If you have questions, please feel free to contact us. If you are a repeat customer we suggest you clear the cache for the ROES on your computer monthly, otherwise you may bring up previous catalogs and pricing. You can clear your Cache from the launch page in the bottom right hand corner in the "Diagostic tools" section.
In order to avoid errors in transmition, DO NOT edit files or change files after you have added the item/file to your cart. If edits are needed we suggest sending the order as you have it, make your adjustments to your files and then send an additional order.
ROES Installation
ROES installation will vary based on your Apple OS X operating system version.
OS X versions 10.10 Yosemite, 10.9 Mavericks and 10.8 Mountain Lion systems can use our native disk image (.dmg) install.
Click here to download the file, launch.dmg, into your Downloads in the dock.
Click on it to view the disk image contents in a new window, then Double click on the .app file shown to begin the install.

For OS X 10.7, if you do not presently have Java installed, please download it from the Java Download Page.
OS X 10.6 has Java 6 pre-installed from Apple, but has not been supported by Apple since 2/26/14. Intel based Mac systems should update to at least 10.7 if possible (how to upgrade).
If ROES fails to start installing (a Java splash screen should appear, then a download progress bar), right-click/hold the Control key down and click here, choosing Download Linked File As... from the list that appears. In the dialog that opens at the top, select either Documents (should appear as the default) or Downloads if desired and save the launch.jnlp file there. Using Finder, open Documents (or Downloads) and right-click/Control-click on the launch.jnlp, then choose Open. In newer editions of OS X, especially 10.8 and 10.9, a new window will open to approve executing the file (doing so will start the ROES download and install). A video of this new startup procedure can be found here. Once this initial download and install occurs, you should receive a desktop icon to access ROES in the future.
NOTE: You will receive a security message pop-up to trust the application to begin. Please click OK/Allow on these to allow the needed permissions for the program.
